No fewer than 14 people are confirmed died on Thursday in an accident involving five cars at Erin-Oke area of the Ibadan/Akure expressway.
This was disclosed by the Osun state sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Oke Peter, who spoke with The Guardian.
He said the 24 people were involved in the accident; 14 adult males, 10 adult females. He disclosed that twelve died on the spot while two others died on their way to the hospital.
Peter noted that the 10 others sustained various degrees of injuries.
